Welcome to New Vindhya Niketan Vidhyalaya (operated by Ritika Shiksha
Samiti) ("we," "our," "us," or "the School"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
use of our website (https://newvindhyaniketan.in), admin portal, digital services, and all
communications with the School.
By enrolling your child, using our website, or engaging with our services, you ("you," "your," "Parent,"
or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use
our services.

We provide quality education from Nursery to Class 8 in both English and Hindi medium.
3. Admission and Enrollment
3.1 Admission Process
- Admission is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria
- All admission forms must be filled accurately with complete information
- Required documents must be submitted at the time of admission
- The School reserves the right to verify all information and documents provided
- Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the admission fee and completion of all formalities
3.2 Required Documents
- Birth certificate of the student
- Transfer certificate (TC) from previous school (if applicable)
- Aadhar card of student and parents (optional but recommended)
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Address proof
- Medical records and vaccination certificates (if required)
3.3 Age Criteria
Students must meet the age requirements as per MP Board guidelines for the respective class at the time
of admission.
3.4 Admission Denial
The School reserves the right to deny admission without providing reasons. In case of denial, the
admission fee (if paid) will be refunded within 15 business days.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fee Structure
- Fee structure is determined annually and communicated to parents
- Fees include tuition fees, examination fees, and other applicable charges
- The School reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice
4.2 Payment Terms
- Fees must be paid on or before the due date specified
- Late payment may attract a penalty as per School policy
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Online Payment, UPI
- Fee receipts will be issued for all payments
4.3 Refund Policy
- Admission fee is non-refundable once admission is confirmed
- Tuition fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if withdrawal is done within the first month of the
academic year
- No refund will be provided after one month of the academic year
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the School administration
4.4 Fee Defaulters
- Students with outstanding fees may not be allowed to attend classes
- Exam results and certificates may be withheld until all dues are cleared
- Transfer certificates will not be issued until all fees are paid
5. Academic Policies
5.1 Attendance
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations
- Parents will be notified of absences via WhatsApp/SMS
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance or within 2 days of absence
- Prolonged absence without valid reason may result in removal from the rolls
5.2 Examinations and Assessments
- Students must appear for all scheduled examinations and assessments
- Exam schedules will be communicated in advance
- Re-examination may be allowed only in case of medical emergencies with valid documentation
- Results will be declared as per the academic calendar
5.3 Promotion and Detention
- Promotion to the next class is based on academic performance and attendance
- The School follows MP Board guidelines for promotion and detention
- The decision of the School management regarding promotion is final
6. Student Conduct and Discipline
6.1 Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and decorum on school premises
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
- Wear proper school uniform as prescribed
- Complete homework and assignments on time
- Participate in school activities and events
- Follow all school rules and regulations
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of mobile phones during school hours (unless permitted)
- Bullying, harassment, or violence of any kind
- Possession of prohibited items (weapons, drugs, tobacco, etc.)
- Damage to school property
- Cheating or plagiarism in examinations or assignments
- Unauthorized absence from school
6.3 Disciplinary Action
Violation of school rules may result in:
- Verbal or written warning
- Suspension from school (temporary or permanent)
- Expulsion from school
- Legal action (in case of serious offenses)
The School management's decision on disciplinary matters is final.
7. Parent Responsibilities
Parents/Guardians are expected to:
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance of their child
- Provide accurate and complete information during admission
- Pay fees on time as per the fee schedule
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Monitor their child's academic progress and behavior
- Inform the School of any changes in contact information or address
- Cooperate with school authorities in matters related to their child's education
- Ensure their child follows school rules and regulations
- Provide necessary medical information and updates
8. Digital Services and Communication
8.1 Website and Admin Portal
- Our website and admin portal are provided for informational and administrative purposes
- You must not misuse our digital services or attempt unauthorized access
- Login credentials for the admin portal must be kept confidential
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
8.2 WhatsApp Communication
- We use WhatsApp Business API to send important notifications and updates
- By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive messages from the School
- You can opt-out of WhatsApp communications at any time by contacting us
- WhatsApp messages are for informational purposes only and do not replace official written
communication
8.3 Email and SMS

- The School is not responsible for non-delivery of messages due to incorrect contact details

12. Withdrawal and Transfer
12.1 Withdrawal Process
- Parents must submit a written withdrawal request at least one month in advance
- All outstanding fees must be cleared before withdrawal
- Transfer certificate (TC) will be issued within 15 days of withdrawal
12.2 School-Initiated Removal
The School reserves the right to remove a student from the rolls in case of:
- Non-payment of fees for more than 3 months
- Serious disciplinary issues
- Prolonged absence without valid reason
- Providing false information during admission
13. Limitation of Liability
- The School provides educational services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific
academic outcomes
- The School is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings of students
- The School is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring outside school premises or during
unauthorized activities
- Our website and digital services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Vindhya Niketan Vidhyalaya, Ritika Shiksha Samiti, and their
staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
